We design a number of ready-to-use
unit studies on various topics. All merchandise is guaranteed when
applied for the purpose for which they are designed. Packets consist of,
but not limited to a teacher's guide, short stories, worksheets,
spelling list, games, and some units include outdoor activity.
Product Availability
Due to the demand of some products, Layla's Creative Literature may limit the
quantity of such items that you may purchase. We will post limitations
on quantity on the website or will inform you of product purchase limits
at the time your order is process.
Reproduction
You are allowed to reproduce material (only) when product is used for
its intended publication. Copying material for any other purposes is not
allowed without written permission from the author. Please feel free to
ask customer service, if you have any questions pertaining to the
reproduction of any material sole on this site.

For your convenience, we offer you the opportunity to save on the cost of shipping and handling on your order. You can expedite using our study lessons by downloading directly from our website. To assist you in the retrieval process, links are available for you on the appropriate web-pages of our website so you can obtain the software needed to open and print our digital version. You agree at that time, when downloading our digital version(s) that Layla's Creative Literature and Kaleo-Alohalani Inspirational Services, Inc is not directly or indirectly responsible for equipment failure or responsible for services and products damage on other websites. We suggest that you read and follow instructions provided by outside resources to utilize their products and services.
It is at Layla's Creative Literature sole
discretion, to refund the full purchase price, after delivery of product(s).
We will only offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If
approved, refunds are paid based on your original method of payment.
To receive a refund for product(s), you must first contact our
administrator, Tani, using the administration email address:

You will need to provide the following information:
Our administrator will contact us with your refund request. Any
additional information needed, one of Layla's Creative Literature’ staff
members will contact you.
Upon approval of a refund, you will be asked to sign and return a
“Letter of Revocation,” which will be provided by one of Layla's
Creative Literature staff members. Once your refund is approved, you can
expect your refund within 3-7 business days from the approval date.
You will be asked to return product(s) along with the completed and
signed “Letter of Revocation” to PO Box 700027, Kapolei, Hawaii
96709.
Layla's Creative Literature will charge a 10% restocking fee on any return
merchandise, unless otherwise approved. The difference, minus
shipping cost, if refund approved, will be funded to the method of
payment used at the time of purchase.
Every effort will be made to ship orders as soon as possible.
Title and risks of loss of merchandise will pass to you on delivery. If your merchandise is returned to Layla's Creative Literature, please contact customer service to arrange for reshipment.
Status Information on Your
Order
Layla's Creative Literature sells and ships product(s) only to customers via
the internet. You may not purchase for resale. Layla's Creative
Literature
reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order, if Layla's
Creative Literature suspects you are purchasing for resale.
Layla's Creative Literature will send you a confirmation of your order via
email, if you include an email address with your order. Your email
will include instructions explaining how you can track your shipment
of your online order. If applicable, the name of the carrier, a
shipment tracking number and the delivery carrier’s internet
address, where the shipment tracked will be provided. If you did not
include your email address, you will receive a confirmation of your
order by mail when your order is shipped.
Please contact
customer service, if after
appropriate processing time has elapsed and you have not received an
email confirmation of the shipment of your merchandise. We will make
every effort to respond to your email by the next business day.
Order Cancellations or
Changes
Note:
Orders cannot be changed once you complete your purchase
electronically. You will be required to cancel the order. We will
make every effort to stop the processing of your order, if your
order has not shipped. Please contact customer service. If the
merchandise has shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
